Halloween Card

I made this cute Halloween card today using a Darice spiderweb embossing folder and a stamp from Art Impressions. These are two of my favorite companies to work with! Daric has so many craft supplies at bargain prices. I had to contact customer service a few months ago and they were wonderful! Check them out at your local craft store or Here.

Try to Dye

I have been wanting to dye my own fabric for awhile and I finally tried it! It was great! Time consuming but great. I love that I can have control over my fabric! Here is a photo of what I made.

 

 

I labeled each one with what I used. As you can see it really didn't matter if I used 1 or 2 cups of water. I thought using more water would give me lighter colors but not at a one cup difference.

Another TriFold Card and another Art Impression Entry

Why do I always have to do things in multiples? I made my first trifold card this morning and now, before I head to bed, I feel the need to make another! Oh well, here it is!

Art Impressions FUN FOLDS Challenge

I recently discovered Art Impression stamps and I have to say, I LOVE them! They have a wonderful Website and lots of ideas! As I was reading their blog this morning I came across a card Challenge! I am ALWAYS up for a challenge!

The challenge was to try a "Fun Fold". They give you a tutorial on how to make one but you can use any. They have created stamps specifically for folded cards! These people think of everything !

In honor of the Fall and Halloween approaching, I used one of my many new Art Impressions stamps and created this card. It is my first fun fold and it came out great!

Who's In?

Anyone up for a challenge? I have not hosted one in a very long time and I think I'm due! 

Here's the skinny: Make a card using the supplies listed. Post your finished item. One winner will be chosen and receive a prize! You may use additional supplies but you must use a piece of each of the listed supplies.

Rules: Use supplies listed, otherwise there aren't any!

Supplies:

        Scoreboard

        Lime Green paper

        Orange Paper

        Purple Paper

        Flowers- you decide- dies, silk, stamp, etc  ( must use 3 flowers ) 

        Black  glitter

A few Halloween cards

I am behind schedule, as usual! I wanted to do a countdown to Halloween but my SIL is getting married tomorrow and I am still behind with that!. He are a few cards I have made this week.
